Accounts are issued as learner or trainer. Trainers can upload material, build case paths and view cohort analytics. Learners can work through assigned cases. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, and any activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Not Medical Advice
The tutor is for teaching only. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice for real patients, and it must not be used in place of professional clinical judgement or local protocols.
4. AI-Generated Content
Our AI provides guidance and explanations grounded in the material your trainers approve. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all responses are correct or complete. You should verify important information independently.
5. Uploaded Material
Trainers confirm they have the right to upload the material they add, and that all case files are anonymised. You retain ownership of your material and grant us the limited rights needed to index and serve it inside your programme.
6. Acceptable Use
- No misuse of the platform (spam, abuse, hacking attempts)
- No illegal or harmful activities
- No uploading of identifiable patient data
- No attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology of Cogneus Healthcare Tutor are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cogneus Healthcare Tutor is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
